Positive: I had a wonderful experience at Rollace Hotel and truly appreciated the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind, and very accommodating. During my stay, my airline cancelled my flight twice, which created a very stressful and uncertain situation. The staff at Rollace Hotel showed remarkable understanding and compassion. They graciously allowed me to remain at the hotel for an additional six hours without charging me, which meant a great deal during such a difficult travel experience. Their kindness went beyond normal customer service and made me feel genuinely cared for as a guest. I am very grateful for the hospitality I received and would gladly recommend Rollace Hotel to anyone looking for a place that values its guests and treats them with respect and compassion. I would definitely stay here again.
