Positive: Nice patio and pool and near the ice mall. The owner was nice and let us stay an extra hour at checkout.

Negative: Small, not well configured, dated. Noisy and drilling going on in the apartment below at all times of day. High floor with tiny elevator access, complicated checkin process.
