Summary: For the money, is a no. I have stayed at the Ruby as a hotel guest previously, and I have now stayed at the Ruby as Serain resident guest. Every day of the week I would chose and prefer to stay at the ruby as a hotel guest, because the room was cleaner, fresher and in a far better condition.
