Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The apartment is well equipped, roomy, clean and nicely decorated. It has a very central location, with coffee shops near by and good connections to places in Rotterdam. We had problems with the internet on the first day and it was fixed the next. The keys are just a code that you enter at both doors, you get it before arriving.

Negative: The property did not honor the 50% cancelation fee. I wanted to change the dates of the booking and they declined the change. The wifi was not working on the first evening, thought they fixed it the next day. The appartement is on the second floor with really steep and small steps, this is common in the Netherlands, but it was not explicit in the description, this was a problem, because my mother was staying at the apartment and really struggled to get up the stairs. The toilet is outside the apartment, this is clearly explained in the description.

Summary: This apartment has steep stairs to a 2nd floor, if that is not a problem it's a great place to stay.
