We have a canoe that you can use in your stay at no charge for two or three people. Do not grab oyster bags from beach.

This house offers you 3 full bath, and one half bath, a long balcony around the house , 2 queen beds, one sofa queen bed, one king bed, two twins and a crib bed for a toddler upon request. This house accommodates well 10 people. Also, you will find an equipped kitchen ready to cook your favorite dishes and a dining room. Relax sitting at every corner of this house and enjoy the morning sunshine being outside or the evenings at the fireplace.
Exterior: Enjoy the Sauna for 6 to 7 people and enjoy the ocean water hot tub for 3 to 4 adults, no children allowed.
Rules for Ho tub:
Only to be use with ocean water during high tide and only once per stay from well water due that it can go empty. Not children allowed for safety reason. Do not touch exterior stove pipe is very hot. Drain the hot tub water after use it or it will grow bacteria. Do not use same water for another day. Please turn off pump after you fill it up with water.
Other things to note:
Additional 2 acres to park your boat next to the barn or a camper. Let us know if you are bringing your boat or need to park a car at the barn.
