Summary: I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The service was great —the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always friendly and eager to help. They also had a WhatsApp channel for guests to contact them and their response time was impressively quick, which made communication very convenient. The location is quite secluded, which offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those looking to disconnect. However, the maintenance of the villa left much to be desired. The villa exterior is in need of a paint job, the villa felt a bit worn, and cleanliness could be improved—towels and bedsheets had visible spots and stains. Additionally, the water pressure was quite weak, and we experienced a temporary issue with hot water. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly and resolved it. Food quality was good, though the selection was somewhat limited. Internet connectivity was intermittent. Overall, while the staff and scenery made the stay enjoyable, the resort could benefit from better upkeep and improved amenities. With some maintenance improvements, it has the potential to be a fantastic getaway.
