Other Things to Note:
The price includes a staff member for up to 4 guests. For more than 4 guests, an additional helper is required and will be paid by the guest. A small trash removal fee is also charged. Services include breakfast, lunch, drinks (itens not included), and housekeeping, but do not include personal laundry. The staff's working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime is charged additionally.
* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time and 4 per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial intent of the property can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
