Positive: Very clean! Screened in porch at night was nice. Close to beaches about a 10 minute drive. Easy to enter property. Basic need amenities are there. There are beach chairs in the entry closet. Washer and dryer if needed. Shower head is always an issue for me most places and this one was powerful and easy to take quick showers. You can tell host takes pride in her service. There are rarely seen additional items incase you forget to bring something like soap or deodorant. Some food items and plenty of kitchen items. You will need to bring a bag of ice if you’re a Stanley cup person! 😀 Always needing to fill your water cups you carry. I left a bag for the next person. Nice towels. Great for a couple with a child if needed also. Can see your car from the bedroom window which is nice.
Negative: If you need a TV on at night to sleep or watch TV in bed at night , there is no TV available for bedroom. Had to sleep on pull out couch in living room. Trash was difficult to take out as the cans and dumpsters were filled completely flowing over. Kinda felt bad leaving it on top of outdoor cans.
