Summary: I had a wonderful stay at SO/ Vienna. The hotel offers a high-level experience from start to finish, with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional, and everything felt well organized and welcoming. The room service was great, the cleanliness was very good, and the hotel facilities and services made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also perfect — central, convenient, and easy to get around from. Overall, I truly enjoyed everything about my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
