Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Amazing location, easy to walk to many of the places we wanted to go. Easy access to trains and buses, food, etc. Weather was quite warm so the fans and air-conditioning were great. We are only a family of 3 so the small apartment suited us.
Negative: Lots of street and pub/bar noise, well into the night/morning, even during the week. Kitchen lacked full set of plates, mugs and glassware. A few DIY repairs which we had to adjust and keep maintaining. Upstairs bedroom didn't have a window so was very dark, even during the day.
Summary: Fantastic first time in London!
