Includes a state-of-the-art kitchen with a large island for cooking and entertaining and separate large dining table. There is a solid fuel indoor fireplace in the living room as well as a separate 65" TV area. Outdoors there is a childrens play area as well as a BBQ patio and a large mown garden. The garden is enclosed by a protective fence providing a safe space for children and animals. There is onsite access to Rossmoor Park, where there is a 5 acre lake and rowing boat, a tennis court and 200 acres of woodland and lakes walks.
