Beyond spacious and well equipped, our 5000 sqft property if perfect for large families, groups, weddings and more! Ongoing updates to this property keep it fresh and modern, inside and out! The outdoors is as large as the inside, perfect for living the California lifestyle! Your guest will enjoy squeaky clean luxury bedrooms – all packed with amenities! Situated between La Jolla shores and Pacific beach with easy access to all freeways. Only 15 min from downtown Gas lamp and convention areas.
The space
Open floor plan, bright with 7 skylights and generously comfortable! The common rooms flow into each other with comfortable seating areas throughout. The kitchen is the center of activities and from there you are part of all the goings on with plenty of room for Sous Chef’s!
The outdoor area offers dining seating for 12, Fireplace seating and grilling areas, a generous yard and swimming pool all make for crowd pleasing fun!
This home operates daily as San Diego Bed N Breakfast house, other than when the property is rented out to families or groups. That is why each bedroom has its own electronic lock, the dining area is spectacular, and the kitchen is so well stocked with cooking and serving ware – this is not your average vacation rental!!!

Summary: We had issues with the following while staying at this house. We also specifically had issues with the timeliness of the response and the lack of follow-through regarding the A/C issues. Only stay at this house if you: *Don’t need the A/C to work the whole time, don’t want any written instructions on how to get it to work when it does not, and don’t care if you are blamed by the host when you ask about fixing it as we were told by the host, “Someone must have messed with it,” when we asked how to fix it. *Don’t want to use the Smart TVs included in the listing. And, don’t want access to local channels. *Don’t want to use the BBQ included in the listing. We never found it. *Don’t want to cook big meals. Only two burners on the stove were fully functional, and the bottom and larger oven did not work. *Don’t care about coffee made quickly. The pot is old and cheap and took forever to brew. *Don’t care about chipped glassware.Per VRBO, hosts are responsible for functional amenities. “VRBO's marketplace standards require hosts to ensure all amenities listed in the property description (including air conditioning) are functional and available for guest use.”  We will not stay here, nor will we rent from this host again.
