Summary: The staff were amazing, but too many issues in the room itself. The sink was clogged and the water was coming out black. The pull out bed under the couch was ripped and had several stains everywhere. The bed frame stuck out very far and my grandson ran into it leaving a huge bruise. Bedding appeared clean but underneath bedding was dirty. The staff was trying to find us a different room but there wasn’t anywhere they could move us to. The front desk was exceptional but her hands were tied since management wasn’t available that late.
