Positive: The location once found was excellent

Negative: The beds / pillows were NOT comfy, of 3 beds only 1 person was ok with the matresses on the floor. The other 2 thought the 2 thin matresses were not comfy. All 3 of us agree the pillows are the worst we have ever used. The host also did not explain how to use any facilities eg: kitchen to boil the kettle, he gave me a kettle for the stove & left but didnt show me how to turn on the stove & there was no instructions so I didnt use anything. I also had to wait 35 mins for another guest to finish in the bathroom. Another guest was smoking in the toilet and another guest had her slippers stolen.
