Summary: Check-in went well, but things kind of took a dive after that. The Wi-Fi in our room did not work. I went to the front desk to see if the issue could be resolved, but I was told “ I really don’t know what the problem is”. We were there four days and no one ever followed up. Also, there are two phones in our room and neither one of them could get to the front desk or housekeeping. We wanted new towels in our room and had to go to the front desk to get them because of the phone issue in our room. We did not like the layout of the room either the bathroom was very cramped with the sink outside of the bathroom, which is not something we enjoy. I do not believe we will be back.
