At your complete disposal a large mediterranean garden all around the villa, a magnificent 50 sqm infinity pool with floodlights, a veranda and a wide furnished sun terrace.
The interiors are elegant and bright, tastefully furnished and designed to ensure a holiday with all comforts: free Internet Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating, amplification system with digital CD / DVD / MP3 player, satellite decoder, plasma TV, SKY and safe.
You'll be welcomed in an elegant living room with large windows overlooking the pool and the coast to then move to the bright kitchen, equipped with electric oven, dishwasher and freezer. Then, to cuddle you, three cozy bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor, two comfortable bathrooms with shower, one each floor and a laundry area. Near the entrance you get a parking shaded area that can comfortably accommodate two cars.
