Summary: We had a wonderful stay in these clean and spacious rooms. A special mention goes to Ms. Anastasia at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Even when we arrived at 3 AM and struggled with the door, she was available via WhatsApp and resolved the issue immediately—truly exceptional service. She also helped us book a combo tour at a very fair price. The location is perfect, with a bus stop, restaurants, and shops all within a 4-minute walk. We noted a few minor maintenance needs, such as a loose kitchen handle, a broken toilet roll holder, and a boiler that required resetting for hot water, but these didn't overshadow an otherwise great experience.
