Enjoy entertainment with 55" Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a separate workspace with a desk doubles as a guest area with a blow-up twin bed. Recent upgrades include hurricane-proof windows as well as a stackable washer and dryer that are conveniently located in the unit. With an abundance of natural light, and plenty of storage and closet space, this condo has everything you need for an extended stay while working from home or relaxing and discovering all that St. Pete has to offer.
The community features a large heated pool, fitness center, clubhouse, dog park, ample onsite parking, tennis courts, and nicely maintained grounds surrounding a lagoon. Located just 7 minutes from downtown St. Pete shops, museums, and restaurants. Also close to Eckerd College, USF College, Johns Hopkins Hospital and 8 miles from the beautiful white-sand beaches on the gulf side.
** In order to enjoy the security and great amenities that this property's community offers, a tenant application and background check are required 3 weeks prior to arrival. Summary: Stayed a month and brought our dogs. Host is very accessible - easy to communicate with. Loved the community- the pool is wonderful- community very pet friendly- neighbors very friendly. There was a lot of hurricane damage to the landscape in the community but they were working on while we were there. They were also doing inspections of all the buildings and we had to be there for them to come into the unit to inspect the unit. You do have to pay extra charge for an HOA back ground check and the host requires you to pay for damage insurance that is an extra charge on top of VRBO charges.
