This condominium is beautiful and newly renovated. The living room features new oversized plush couches, a nice reading area, a large TV with cable, and a DVD player. The wood-burning fireplace is a treat in the winter or other cool evenings, and large picture windows overlook the ski run. The primary suite has a comfortable pillow-top mattress and a TV. The guest bedroom also has new pillow-top mattresses, plenty of under-bed storage and closet space, and huge sunny south-facing windows. Building 8 has convenient access to the office, hot tub, and shuttle stop for the free town shuttle.When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!Things to KnowThis unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.This rental is located on floor 2.Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
