Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was excellent as a base to explore the New Forest from. The local shop in Sway is very convenient. The towels and linen are of a really high quality. The garden is a great size and the sun loungers were very welcome. The beds are super comfy. There was a lovely welcome of goodies in the fridge which was unexpected and gratefully received.

Negative: Noise from the road beside the property is very noticeable and starts early and continues until late. There are several facilities listed as at the property which aren’t there I.e fridge freezer with water/ice dispenser which is there but doesn’t dispense either, microwave, kitchen consumable items listed in the welcome book such as foil/cling film and recycling bags. The cleaning wasn’t particularly up to scratch, we found a used plaster under the dining table in the kitchen and a used contact lense on the bedside table in the master bedroom.

Summary: Would stay in the area again but probably at a different property.
