Whether you're looking to hike, fish or just relax, then Waters Edge Cabin is right for you! This quaint rustic home sits on 3.5 acres bordered by the bold and beautiful sounds of Bolens Creek and the Pisgah National Forest. This cabin is just 4 miles from downtown Burnsville, NC. Waters Edge Cabin has 2 bedrooms and a single bathroom in the main house with a wood burning fire place. Additionally, there is a DETACHED 3rd bedroom adequately referred to as the "tree house" because it's nestled in the trees literally perched just over the creek. Sit on the deck just outside the kitchen to grill and dine or just to relax to the sounds of the creek or follow the steps to the creeks edge to fish. This home boasts having one of only two fishing holes along the entire stretch of Bolens Creek on it's property...bonus!
We’ve done our best to make packing for a stay at Waters Edge a breeze. Pack a suitcase with your personal belongings and a grocery list for a quick stop as you roll into Burnsville. You won’t need much else as Waters Edge is kept stocked with dish cleaning supplies (including a brand new kitchen sponge for each new guest stay), laundry soap, and coffee filters for the auto drip coffee maker. Each new guest stay is provided a roll of paper towels and a couple of rolls of toilet paper to get their stay started. Guests must supply their own replenishments of paper products, but what is supplied should suffice for a stay of up to 5 to 7 nights (depending on number of guests staying).

The primary guest mailing address, email address and phone number are necessary for this contract. The Vacation Rental Agreement is for the primary purpose of presenting to you, in writing, all of the financial information you have committed to (without hidden fees) and to summarize expectations. We are happy to provide a blank copy of this pre-written document in advance of booking upon request. Thank you.
