A surcharge of €20 applies for arrivals after 20:00. all requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property, rooms are private but common areas like a living room and bathroom are available, check in after 15hrs, no check-in after 24hrs/00am, 20 eurs surcharge after 20hrs check-in...late check-in fee and will be paid in check-in time, check-out is at 11am., – late check-out without permission/no aurthorized...20eurs surcharge for every hour after 11am, no air-condition, - for cleaning, sanitation, higine and personal likes: no cooking oil, no salt, no peper(i do not provide these items), registered guest must present passport or official id at time of check in., -all the people in the apartment; must be in the reservation. ....unregistered guests need to, -we expect you help clean up after yourself this includes cleaning and putting dishes and kitchenware away, - every guest on the reservation must be over 18 years of age, --all damage to property must be reported to us immediately .., -there is a charge of 20eurs per incident of stained sheets, towels, comforters and they are solely to be used inside the apartment., -quiet time after 10pm or 22:00h onward, (no music or loud noises)...no parties or events after this time...the reservation will be canceled and you will have to leave the apartment immediately without any refund., --if keys or entry cards are lost ... you need to pay 70eurs; depending if keys and/or cards are lost, -drugs or alcohol can not be used inside of the rooms or the apartment, --smoking is forbidden inside the room or apartment..(if there is any smoking odor you will assessed a 70eurs..special cleaning fee), -the apartment and rooms are in good condition...(lights, furniture, electrical appliances, doors, locks and keys) and meet all the requirements of order and cleanliness for a detailed coexistence in the announcements and specifications on booking regulations, --to ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, we like to keep the apartment doors locked as a precautionary measure, confirming the reservation you are accepting all the house rules(if these rules are broken, the reservation will be canceled immediately and you have to leave the apartment without a refund)......thank you and welcome again to our apartmentthis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
