Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Fabulous location close to Elan Valley, very peaceful and relaxing, hot tub was great, especially after a day out on the motorcycle, the accommodation was immaculate and very well equipped and everything you needed in a kitchen, very well organised and thoughtful.

Negative: We are not used to a double bed felt cramped but appreciate due to limited space on the mezzanine. The mattress was far too soft for us so a lot of tossing and turning not restful sleeping, appreciate mattresses are very bespoke to individuals, but this would be the only reason I would hesitate re-booking the Barn, which is a shame as we loved it. Would have appreciated an extra bath towel to use with the hot tub due to the chlorine. A few comfy outdoor chairs would have been nice to relax outside with the amazing views.
