Positive: This house is in a fantastic location. We needed to find a place to stay near Lytham to find out about our family history, and couldn't be any closer than this! Everything was within a walking distance or a short drive. The house was charming, and yes, quirky, but in a positive way. We had a very comfortable stay.

Negative: Parking was occasionally difficult to find as the house is close to the wind mill, seafront and town centre which can get busy (bank holiday weekend + fabulous weather!).
