Summary: Fantastic B & B . Better than any hotel! Great service. Clean and tastefully furnished room and bathroom. Our style ! Breakfast super . The house and courtyard, the stream running through under dining room was super and a great bonus .A real oasis and so calm and peaceful. Slept really well in a very comfortable bed. Host Karen is lovely . Perfect location, walking distance to Kirkbymoorside. We are definitely coming back. Highly recommend it. 10/10
