Positive: Cute decor if you like a lot of clutter. POORLY ATTACHED GLASS MIRROR BROKE - I NOTIFIED HOST THAT ID CLEAN IT UP - but no assistance or compensation was even offered. POOR COMMUNICATION with host. Also, this is a dangerous pocket of Largo. I stay in the Clearwater/St Pete/Seminole/Largo area often and AT THIS location in particular I witnessed more than one drug deal and overdose right on the sidewalk infront of the house. Also had a random man that slept outside my door or on side of house where the garbage cans are. Scared me to death when I took the trash out.
Negative: Sketchy back road. Across from a work for the day program and a mental health/rebab facility. A lot of mid aged people gather at the 7eleven across the street and watch everything you do.
Summary: Would not stay again. Priced for location. Bed and sofa chair caused very stuff
