Summary: We have definitely found our new Melbourne home. Booked the room for my wife and daughter and they both didn’t want to leave. From the serenity of the balcony in the room facing the fields on Domain Road, to the French inspired decor, the quality of the bed, linen and decor, it’s going to be tough considering other hotel choices. It’s the little touches too that make a huge difference, such as a bottle of water in the centre console of the car with a thank you note from concierge, to the front desk team explaining how to access the hotel at night when the front door is locked. The property and the people made my wife and daughter feel seen, safe and loved.
