These homes are duplexes that are split into 2 vacation units available for renting together. The walls are soundproofed but there should be some expectation of noise. If there is a noise issue please call right away. We will take care of it expeditiously.
This house is on well water and there should be some expectation of a sulphuric smell. You can drink the water at your own discretion. There is a Brita water purifier in the refrigerator for your use.
The property is surrounded by woods on the side and an open field in the back. You may see some wildlife.

SEASONAL NOTES
The house will be set to 55 degrees upon your arrival. there is a thermostat in the living room and then another thermostat in each bedroom. Set them to the preferred temperature upon arrival.
Feel free to use the air-conditioners throughout your stay, but please turn them off upon checkout.
The driveway is gravel and can get muddy or icy depending on the season.

Your house is the first one on the left, and your vacation unit is the closest one from the driveway labeled Building 1 Unit A. You will receive a custom entry code 24 hrs prior to check in. As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire vacation unit (except for the cleaner’s closet), including the free WiFi, flat-screen TV, and a full kitchen. The walls are soundproofed but there should be an expectation of some noise that travels between the two units. In the case of excessive noise call immediately and it will be taken care of expeditiously. This Unit is the one closest to the road and you may hear some traffic noise during your stay. You also have access to your own firepit just be sure to bring your own wood!

The kitchen is stocked with most items needed to prepare a great meal including a variety of seasonings.

~ We only accept request for late check-outs up to 11 AM at no cost, if there is no issues with the cleaners schedule for a same day check-in. Anything after 11 AM will be at half the rate of the next night. Our cleaners are on a strict schedule and need to get into the house as soon as possible to get it turned over for the next guest.
