Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The place is well located: not too far from Lincoln town center, and still literally at the edge of White Mountain National Forest on the Kancamangus Highway. Inside, the decor is tastefully modern, clean, and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped, and the knives are sharp, and oven clean. Bathrooms are clean, bright, and water pressure good. Hot water ample. Though we didn't use the fireplace, there were plenty of firewood and kindling that could bring a warm fire quite easily.

Negative: The hand rails for the outside stairs are a bit wobbly, and should be fastened for safety reasons.
