Positive: Everything was lovely. They has started a fire and has the outdoor spa fire going for us too, everything was warm, cozy and inviting, kitchen facilities were excellent (including sharp knives!) hosts are super friendly and our dog loved playing with theirs as well in the paddock. Feeding the deer was as added treat. Right across the street from Lake Tarawera. Highly reccomend.
