Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: If you are looking for a traditional Irish location then you are very much in luck. If you're looking for luxury, like a four or five star hotel, you should make those accommodations instead. This is a traditional Irish home. Warm. Cozy. Natural. It is not pretentious, nor posh. If you are a rational, middle class person or family, you will find it charming and wonderful. But if you are even slightly a diva, I would spend more money elsewhere. We wanted to feel like an Irish family while visiting Ireland, and that's exactly what we got. We were grateful.

Negative: One warning to the fellas. And I'm not joking although it is kind of funny. If you're going number two, make sure you lift yourself up before flushing or you will get a very wet, cold surprise. I thought it was just very poorly designed toilets at this location, but when we moved on to Dublin for the second half of our stay, the toilets we had there were exactly the same. Trust me. Lift yourself or even stand up to flush. Or you will have very cold, very wet balls. You are welcome.
