Free parking, huge patio with shade sails, gated/fenced private lot just minutes from design district, midtown, Brickell, the airport and the beach. Perfect for 4 people with two queen beds, even better for a couple or two individuals. For a fraction of the price of a hotel you have everything you need including a washer/dryer. NO MORE than 1 pet allowed. Reso will be cancelled
The space
Cozy place with two lofts and two queen size beds. The pictures show the washer/dryer unit inside but we have sinced out them on the backside of the house to provide space inside. Kitchen is all stainless steel with marble counter top and chairs perfect for dinning. Large bathroom and shower and the living area is comfortable with full size couch and television.
Guest access
The entire grounds is yours. Parking lot and grass area. All fenced and gated.
Other things to note
Please note that the washer is covered and on the back wall of the house. This is done to have more space inside. Works perfectly. There is NOT a dryer. Drying is done via clothes line outside. Please note and be aware. Washer and NO dryer onsite.
