Located in a secure gated community of Estepona, this lovely furnished holiday home is a 5 minute walk from Christos beach, one of the best family beaches of Estepona .
The living room – dining room has a large L-shaped 3 seat sofa, TV with English television, video on demand entertainment system, WIFI, log fire and large dining table to seat 8 people.
The town house boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 2 singles (which can zip lock) and a single bed which pulls up into a double in the smaller third bedroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
The master bedroom has its own on suite shower room and there is a second bathroom which services the guest bedrooms that has a Jacuzzi bath and shower. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is laundry area in the basement with washing machine and dryer.
A shared swimming pool is available just in front of the property. Also available is a wraparound terrace with BBQ area, perfect for dining al fresco, and a stunning private roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea and Gibraltar.
The town house is perfect for families, friends or golfers and 950 meters (a gentle 10 minute walk)to the stunning Estepona Marina which offers a variety of Spanish, international restaurants and bars all with marina views. There is also supermarket in the marina.
Estepona old town centre is only a 15 minute walk from further on from the marina, along a lovely beach side promenade.
The old town offers a long, sandy beach; bustling plazas, cobbled streets and many unique independent shops. You will find many tapas bars, unique eateries and small Spanish bars as well as cafes spilling out onto the streets serving delicious Spanish coffee.
Please note that there is a separate office, a short drive away from the house, where you will pick up the keys from.
