The homes is 3 blocks from some of the best restaurants Eugene has to offer. Prince Pucklers Ice Cream is a delight and sure to appease those ice cream cravings.
This well maintained campus area home is full of unique Worlds Track and Field artwork that gives it a unique one of a kind feel.
The downstairs has a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living room with plenty of seating and TV, full bathroom with tub/shower, and two bedrooms.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them are queen and one bedroom has 2 twins.
For longer stays (28 night min.) we also have a laundry room with washer and dryer and cleaning supplies for our guests.
Out of consideration for guests who may have allergies, we do not allow pets in the home.
