Positive: Its a lovely small property.. the location is great.. barely 5 mins from the main Mahabaleshwar Market. It has a nice big garden with sit-outs and hammocks.. very relaxing and a great space for kids to run around and play. We did not use the pool, but we saw it being cleaned well every morning. The breakfast is basic but freshly made. We did not try other meals there due to our itinerary. We found all the staff to be very courteous and responsive. They managed to take care of all our needs for the elderly and kids in our group. They also have driver accommodation, so that made logistics smoother. Overall, we had a great stay at Tranquil Resorts & Spa.
