Positive: The location and view was excellent. The home owner contracts speedy and excellent snow removal service. HVAC was excellent with great heat.

Negative: The price is too much and I did not have phone service, but that's likely due to my carrier.

Summary: Peace and serenity provided an excellent tranquility base at the cabin on the lake
