Negative: This was my second stay at this property this time for one night, after staying several nights last year. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment has severely declined, to a point that raises serious health concerns. The property is located in an unpleasant neighborhood, and walking around at night is not recommended. However, the bigger issue is the level of cleanliness and maintenance. The apartment has a strong odor of mold and dampness. The air conditioner filter is black with dirt and mold, spreading contaminated air when turned on. The wall near the sliding door to the balcony is covered with mold, and the sofa upholstery smells of sweat. The kitchen is equipped with old and damaged cookware, including peeling Teflon pots that pose a potential health hazard, along with greasy and sticky utensils. Using the kitchen in this state is simply unhygienic. These are serious sanitary problems that require immediate action. It’s a real shame, because the apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and could be an excellent place to stay, if properly cleaned and maintained with care and attention.
