Beautiful formal dining room with seating for eight and services for 12. Three bedrooms with high quality mattresses and high end bedding. Family friendly and dog friendly with beach/pool gear, baby/toddler gear and available pet crate. The neighborhood clubhouse offers a heated Olympic size pool overlooking the intracoastal, tennis and shuffleboard courts, playground and billiard and game rooms. There is a boat launch and fishing pier where dolphins are frequently spotted.
We are located in desirable Seminole, in the heart of beautiful Pinellas County with Clearwater to the north and St. Petersburg to the south. Our area offers an abundance of beaches, shopping, parks and recreation and restaurants. Having a car is optimal but Uber and Lyft rides are readily accessible. Easy daytrips to Orlando and Sarasota are also an option. We have local guidebooks with lots of activity and touring ideas.
