Second floor condo located in a small and quiet gated community. This condo is fully renovated with custom upgrades and brand new furniture. It is just under 1,300 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer in unit. Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a full-sized bed. The third bedroom is an office set up that includes a futon for additional sleeping areas. The living room also has a pull-out couch.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full sized fridge, and gas stove. The balcony boasts views of one of the property's two pools, as well as the Sheep Mountains. The pool is steps away from the unit for easy access. The property has another larger pool with a nice waterfall towards the front of the complex, as well as a fitness center, clubhouse, and park. You will have access to one reserved covered parking space, and there is plenty of guest parking.
The property is only a few miles away from the turnoff for Mount Charleston for some great weekend fun!

Summary: The unit was exactly as pictured. Was enjoyable sitting on the patio overlooking the pool. We stayed a month and found everything we needed in the neighborhood and it felt safe going in and out. The property is well maintained. We did arrive at night and didn't realize we had to walk through the sidewalk to the building behind the parking space to our unit. Obvious in daylight but hard to see the middle building in the dark. We only went to town once a week so the distance from the strip was not a problem for us. However, you do need a car to get around. Would definitely stay again.
