Welcome to THE DESERT PEARL, our 5 BR, 3 BA, two-story home in a peaceful and gated community. Recent remodeling has transformed our home into an appealing paradise with comfortable furnishings and resort amenities. The newest upgrade is a private salt water pool with option to heat.
~ APPEALING DETAILS ~
This well-appointed home has a ground floor game room with both ping pong and pool tables as well as a variety of board games.
The great room features a sectional sofa and reclining chairs arranged to view the large smart TV. Stellar sunsets and views of the backyard oasis will compete for your attention. There is a Google-Nest Mesh system providing great Wi-Fi throughout the home.
The fully stocked and modern kitchen has table seating and window views that will prove distracting to the chef and helpers. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Highchairs are available to rent.
A completely stocked laundry room help you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Detergent is provided. The garage has space for 3 vehicles and your clubs or other recreational gear.
~ SWEET DREAMS in MESA ~
ALL bedrooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. The bedroom floor plan is split. Four bedrooms, including the primary suite and two bathrooms, are upstairs. One bedroom and one bath are on the ground floor.
The upstairs primary suite features a deluxe king bed with a new memory foam mattress topper, ample closet space, a cozy reclining chair and an en suite bath. The remodeled ensuite bath includes a divine garden tub, dual vanity sinks and a new walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs and have king beds. Bedroom 4 is also upstairs and has 2 extended length twin beds. These bedrooms share a pretty second bath with dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower combination.
The fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a king bed and the standard ceiling fan and smart TV for streaming. Bathroom 3 has a tub shower combo and is shared by Bedroom 5 and visitors. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
~ THE OUTDOOR OASIS ~
At the back of the home is a resort-style backyard that features an expansive covered patio for both relaxing and dining, a new and private salt water pool, an inground hot tub, a porch swing and sensational sunset views. The alt water pool has optional heat for year-round dips on sunny days. The built-in propane grill will please the outdoor chef. An outdoor wood burning fire pit is a lovely gathering area to plan or celebrate your vacation adventures. Family game choices include Corn Hole, Spikeball and Bocce Ball. There are 2 bikes for guests who long to explore the area on 2 wheels.
The neighborhood is QUIET and we prefer to rent to guests who will maintain the peaceful setting. Check with us if you have questions or concerns.
The home has two cameras. One is a ring doorbell and one is a camera mounted on the garage with a view of the street.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
