Positive: The bed was comfortable The kitchen and bathroom were very nice. We had the primers apartment. The balcony was standing room only but it was useful

Negative: The staff could not communicate. They spoke only Spanish and seemed really not interested in helping us. We tried to get rid of the garbage but could not find the location. We were there for 9 nights and our impression was that people do not stay that long and therefore not an issue for a short term stay.Their system at getting the keys was complicated at the beginning and difficult
