This is a very special place, where Gods peace and Presence on it. Come and grey away and unwind, relax and enjoy the scenery.
Retreat like setting very secluded . Private 10 acre parcel with Avocado trees, Oranges, persimmons gate that connects directly to a trail head to the river. Travel trailer with a huge 20’ by 20’ deck that looks down on the Santa Margerita river with chairs, Bbq, shade and propane fire pit. There are views of vineyards from the campsite. We would be happy to take you and your guests on a tour of my parents Vineyard and our dragon fruit and avocado grove if we are available, we live 2 properties over. Trails run off of the property to a over 1300 acre preserve. Walking distance to vineyards and only 12 min drive to town. The campsite has water and sewer runs and off of a generator with limited run time usually from 10-6 for the A.C unit. The rest of the time the fridge, water pump, microwave and lights will be run off of batteries or a smaller generator.
