Positive: Great location near Praia porto do Mòs, small supermarket and the bus no 2 that between the main beaches with citycentre in between. Well equipped and comfy bed. Balcony faces the beach and the sunset is beautiful from it. Near the beatiful walking-areas around Ponta Piedade. Private parkingareas around the complex was easy during our stay in January. Owner very accessible and answered our question swiftly. Would love to come back here.

Negative: The pool isn't deep enough for swimming and rather small for the amount of apartments at the condominium so if that's important; look elsewere.
