On the same floor there is a guest bedroom which consists of Queen size sleigh bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, air conditioning unit and ceiling fan.
Level two consists of open plan dining area, kitchen and utility cupboard. French doors on either side give access to courtyard and parking area. Within this section of the property, a stairway leads to third bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and covered patio with seating area and views of the ocean.
The villa has a lush tropical garden. Filled with several flamboyant plants and fruit trees. With gate leading to the beach.
There is an ocean view from every room as well as a plethora of beaches located within walking distance of the property.
The location is peaceful and an amazing home away from home. It is also a few minutes drive away from bars, restaurants and all public amenities, as well as Nelson’s Dockyard, Pigeon Point beach, and English/Falmouth Harbour.
