Positive: Newer house with all nice accomodations inside to make for a comfortable stay
Negative: Overgrown weeds on the property (thistle) made if difficult to walk around with my small dog and enjoy the outdoor seating
Summary: Almost perfect but some simple outdoor maintenance is needed
