Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Resort property with pools and views! Great for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Lugano. We had a rooftop suite with 360 degrees! Clean facilities and an uncrowded pool.

Negative: The staff was unfailingly nice but we did experience a misunderstanding and missed opportunity regarding the free Ticino transportation tickets. The process requires guests to fill out a link, which we asked for at check-in but was told to ask again in the morning. Due to us being in the mountains, the link didn’t transmit (bad cell service) and we did not receive the final passes in time to use them. C’est la vie.
