Positive: The location is a gem. Never have I stayed in an apartment so close to the beach! The kitchen is extremely well-equipped - it is a pleasure to cook in it.
Negative: The location right by the beach is fantastic and I loved it, but for some people it may be too hectic outside: with all the restaurants and people walking along the promenade right behind the main window. It could be a wee bit cleaner in general. The online check-in process is a hassle.
