You’re in the heart of nature! While we're just minutes from the Zion National Park shuttle, this home is surrounded by native desert landscape. You may see deer, wild turkeys, hummingbirds — and occasionally desert critters. We do our best to keep the home sealed and clean, but nature is close by.
Water is precious in the desert. Please be mindful of your water use during your stay — short showers and full loads of laundry help preserve this sacred resource.
High fire risk area. No outdoor fires or open flames are permitted due to fire danger in the region. Thank you for helping protect the land.
Driveway & parking. The road to the driveway is slightly sloped but accessible year-round. Plenty of parking for vehicles, including space for an RV or camper van.
Fiber Optic WiFi is available. Most guests have no trouble streaming or working remotely.
Cleaning fee includes full turnover, but we ask that you treat the home with care and leave it tidy upon checkout.
