Summary: The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. I removed the top cover from the bed, as it appeared as though not washed and used sheets and a cotton blanket. The windows really needed cleaning and removal of cobwebs. I found a seashell, a penny, a dead bug, and more that had been missed by housekeeping. I thoroughly checked everything because our dog would find it if I didn’t. The outside spaces needed cleaning and power washing. The only thing going for this inn is the location. Very, very convenient to William and Mary. Use caution when booking.
